Cosby Lawyers Want Other Accusers Barred At Retrial

On Tuesday, Bill Cosby's lawyers said that allowing other women who have accused the comedian of sexual assault to testify at his retrial would unfairly prejudice jurors. Bill Cosby is accused of drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand back in 2003. Constand is one of more than 50 women who have accused him of sexual assaults. On Tuesday, Cosby's lawyers argued that other women should be barred because the #MeToo movement has created an atmosphere, where it could prejudice the jury against him.
