Rhz008 Rheartzone - Irregular Heartbeat (female) Session 01b
Part two: The first few seconds repeat the final beats from part one which you can see here \r
Video details below as usual, click more info to view. Plus a little challenge. Thanks to everyone who enjoys the zone.\r

She continues standing and does more breath holding. She has a few more PVCs as the blood rushes back to her heart as well as a couple at the start of the final breath hold in this part. You should notice the force of the skips change, with the ones during recovery being extra hard. A hard skip is better than a soft skip because it means the heart is still pumping a higher volume of blood which is why she does not feel dizzy or any symptoms during this demonstration of her heart. \r
\r
I have boosted the audio during the hold so your able to hear the beats better during the holding, and leveled it out at the start of the recoveries so its doesnt hurt your ears but keeps full beat volume. I did not remove the hiss as the raw file was low quality so you may want to adjust your own playback devices if you wish to increase the bass or reduce the treble. \r
\r
Zero music in this one so those with weak ears have nothing to fear and can turn it up to maximum. \r
\r
The challenge is for you to count how many skips she has over the course of both files. I will leave this challenge open for a few weeks so leave your answers with a comment below if you wish to take part.\r
\r
How do you feel when you hear an irregular heartbeat? \r
\r
Thanks for watching Rheartzone and reading this far.\r
