Safe, accurate, professional lifecast tutorial (please follow ones similar to this. Do not, I repeat DO NOT follow any tutorials that tell you to put plaster or plaster bandages directly onto the face & make sure you have people to help you with this as its not recommended you do this yourself) : \r
