Frances McDormand Discuss "Inclusion Rider" Clause
  • 6 years ago
Frances McDormand won Best Actress at the 2018 Oscars for her role in "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri."
During her acceptance speech, she asked all female nominees to stand with her.
She then brought up the concept "inclusion rider."
It's a clause that can be added in an A-List actors contract that requires diversity in the film their cast in.
