Frances McDormand wins Best Actress
What an important night for Frances McDormand who won the Oscar for best actress for her role in Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri.

But instead of embracing the spotlight for herself, when accepting the award she got every other female nominee at the 90th annual academy awards to stand up.

She then said how “we all have a story to tell” and projects that need financing.

She implored Hollywood executives invoke the ‘rider clause’ that guarantees racial and gender diversity in contracts.

You are a true inspiration Frances!
