Diamond Dust | Backcountry Skiing in British Columbia | DRFTWD
  • 6 years ago
Mountains have an inherent beauty and mystique. The conditions make it impossible to live amongst them, but as we enter the high elevations for brief excursions we bare witness to some remarkable terrain. The weather can choose to open up or close the door on our explorations making it easy or impossible to go any further. On any day where Ice crystals can be seen forming in the air creating a phenomenon known as Diamond Dust mother nature is smiling on you, opening the door and the conditions for your trip, it is a telltale that you have won the adventurer's lottery, so enjoy your winnings, and go further! This is a compilation of clips where we went further in British Columbia's backcountry on assignment for DRFTWD and got rewarded.

Skiers: Dane Tudor, Lynsey Dyer, Dave Treadway, and Colston VB.
