Motorists were stranded following a collision on the snow-covered A31 in southern England late on Thursday, March 1.This video shows the road conditions near Cadnum, southwest England.Hampshire Police had requested military assistance to clear the traffic. Around 100 vehicles were stuck, ITV reported.Similar road conditions were reported on the A38 near Devon. A red weather warning was in place for the region until early Friday as Storm Emma snarled traffic and disrupted flights.
