FtS 03-01: Colombia: FARC launches an SOS for the peace process

On this morning's From The South, we take you to Venezuela, where President Maduro has announced a pension expansion in order to counteract possible new U.S. sanctions. As well we take you to Colombia where the FARC has launched a national SOS call to save the peace accord. Additionally, the FARC presidential candidate Timochenko has vowed to continue his presidential campaign despite threats of violence and intimidation.
