NGO helps Kenyans with HIV overcome stigma

Nairobi (Kenya), Feb 28 (EFE), (Camera: Alba Villén).- When Bridgit Shukrani´s colleagues ask her why she takes pills, she says it is because she has asthma. For her, it is easier to admit that she has respiratory problems than to say she was born with HIV, a disease that in Kenya, as in so many other parts of the world, still carries a strong stigma.
