The Kosher Experience provides kosher foods to Las Vegas families

Rabbi Shea Harlig advocated in the mid-90s for a source of fresh kosher meat in Las Vegas. The Kosher Experience now has its own 220-square-foot kosher kitchen. This Smith's store now employs six meshgihim — people who are authorized to oversee kosher operations. Many of the kosher bakery items are made in-house, including challah, pastries and cakes, including custom cakes. The deli offers grab-and-go and custom sandwiches, including burgers.
