Boeing Agrees to $3.9 Billion Deal for Two New Air Forces One Planes President Trump personally negotiated the deal with Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg. According to deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley, the agreement will save taxpayers $1.4 billion. The Air Force One planes will contain the same state-of-the-art defenses as its predecessors with some addtional upgrades. Some of its features include in-flight refueling capabilities, a blast-resistant skin on the outside of the plane and a secret anti-missile system.
