I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for organizing our trip to Cuba. Your professionalism was exceptional. We have be fortunate, in that we have been able take several vacation, where we have used other travel agents and things did go quite as smoothly, I have had to follow up with them or basically tell them what they should be doing. Working with you was a pleasure. I basically stated where we wanted to go, when and what was our budget, and you made it happen. Our trip to Cuba was actually one of the best trips we have ever taken. The Hotel, the tours our meals, just perfect.
