North Korea Expresses Willingness To Talk With U.S.

According to a report by CNN, North Korea appears willing to hold talks with the United States, South Korean President Moon Jae-In said in a statement on Sunday. According to Moon, North Korean delegates said before the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics that they were willing to talk with the US, and agreed that "the inter-Korean relationship and North Korea-US relationship should develop together.
