Man Pulled Over For Riding Horse On Freeway

A man was reportedly pulled over on a California freeway, where police say they found him riding a horse. According to the California Highway Patrol, Luis Perez was discovered on the white steed in Bellflower, where he was stopped. When his blood alcohol level was tested, it allegedly registered at twice the legal limit for operating a vehicle. Police arrested Perez, who's been charged with a DUI. Perez has been held in lieu of over $50,000 bail.
