Controversial Comment Made About Former RNC Chair

At CPAC on Friday a Conservative official said Michael Steele was only elected RNC Chair because he's black. Steele served as chairperson of the RNC from 2009 until 2011. He has since called the comments "painfully stupid." Steele also noted it shows the wider racism in the Republican Party.
