Fired Weinstein Company COO David Glasser to File $85 Million Lawsuit

Ousted Weinstein Company executive David Glasser is preparing to file an $85million wrongful termination lawsuit against the company. The law firm Sauer & Wagner has been hired by Glasser for representation in the suit against the company and its remaining board members — Bob Weinstein, Lance Maerov and Tarak Ben Ammar. The suit covers wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract and defamation and seeks damages in excess of $85 million.
