Scuba Diving With Millions of Fishes (One and Only place in the world)

Diving is the main tourist activity in Moalboal, Phillipines, and is considered Excellent because getting chance to dive with millions of fishes (Sardines) all year round. The other place in the world can find Sardine runs in South Africa but in session time only. Due to cold water most tourist do not prefer diving here.
So Moalboal stands only place in the world for Scuba with Sardines all the time ! It's a mystery why the Sardines stay in Moalboal all year round.
So "YES"... created a chance to go there!
If you swim 20-30 meters from shore (Panagsama beach), the reef drops off dramatically approx 70 meters depth. It is where you can watch the huge cloud of fishes (Sardines) creating different shapes, dance and run under the ray of sunshine with twinkle body. It was BREATHTAKING !
With Neptune scuba divers who helped me to go in depth of 11 meters and stay underwater world for 40 minutes with millions of fishes !!!!!
Got a chance to see predators (Jacks and Tunas) chasing Sardines and creating spectacular natural design under water.
If you are patient and slow-moving enough perhaps you will be lucky enough to have the sardines school around you.
At one point, there were SO many sardines, they blocked up the sunlight.
Tried underwater videography (with and without filters) and compiled for remembrance. But this video don't do justice to the beauty of a sardine run. This video gives you some idea of what it is like .....
