This is the incredible moment a giant tarpon fish leapt out of the water to snatch a minnow from a tourist's hand.
The remarkable slow motion footage, captured in Islamorada, Florida on Monday, shows the enormous fish rise out of the water and close its mouth around the tourist's entire hand before sinking back down into sea.
Tarpon are considered one of the great saltwater game fishes.
