Robert Mueller Charges Ex-Skadden Lawyer in Russia Probe On Tuesday afternoon, Alex Van Der Zwaan is expected to plead guilty after being charged with lying to the FBI.
According to a document obtained by NBC, who was indicted back in October with ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort for their consulting work in Ukraine.
Skadden Arps fired Van Der Zwaan last year and are cooperating with Mueller’s ongoing investigation.
Mueller recently announced a grand jury had indicted 13 Russian members for their alleged role in interfering with the 2016 presidential election.
