The 37-year-old took to Twitter to clear things up after she was accused of partying on New Year's Eve while her son Saint, two, was treated for pneumonia.
Kim noted that she hadn't seen any of the accusations herself but was keen to defend herself as she explained: 'I haven't heard this BUT lets get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay.
