Garry Meeks, interviewer and producer of the "Christianity In Action," radio program on WHLO AM-640, Akron, Ohio, U.S.A., interviews Ray Herbst, Mike Martinelli, Dawn Callen, Kevin Martinelli, and Del Hawbaker. Recording conducted in the studios of WHLO, 2650 West Market Street, Akron, Ohio. Ray Herbst was the Stark and Summit County, Ohio on-site coordinator for Mennonite Service Venture in 1988 and 1989. Mike Martinelli was leader of the Carlisle Pennsylvania, U.S.A., Brethren In Christ Church youth group. Dawn, Kevin and Del were youth group members that volunteered to go on the radio. This was recorded after all of the group had spent some time working that week.
