Colourful parade kicks off Year of the Dog in London

Londoners marked Chinese New Year today with a vibrant parade through central London.

Festivities then continued in Trafalgar Square, which saw traditional dragon and lion dances take place.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan also spoke to the media.
