On Friday, thirteen Russian nationals were indicted by a federal grand jury, charged with conspiracy, fraud, identity theft and other crimes in connection with their alleged activity and involvement in the 2016 presidential campaign. The indictment accuses Russian individuals and entities, notably not the Russian government, of attempting to unlawfully influence the election and related crimes.
