Helicopter Crashes In Mexico After Surveying Damage From Quake

According to a report by Reuters on Saturday, authorities have said that at least 13 people, including three children, were killed when a Mexican military helicopter carrying top officials surveying damage from a recent earthquake crashed in a small town in Oaxaca. Following a tour of damage from Friday's powerful 7.2 magnitude quake the helicopter crashed on top of two vans while trying to land at night in Santiago Jamiltepec. Mexico's interior minister and the state governor both survived the crash, but 12 people at the scene were killed and another died later in a hospital. An additional 15 people were injured in the crash.
