Encouraged by Nandan Nilekani’s the Unique Identification Authority of India’s (UIDAI) Adhaar which merged financial inclusion and mobile technology, the Union budget 2015 by NDA government has also proposed what the Economic survey has called the JAM trinity- Jan Dhan, Aadhar and mobile - to implement direct transfer of benefits.
