BJP leader Jyoti Mishra slaps constable . Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Jyoti Mishra has been booked for slapping a constable in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly. The BJP leader and her supporters engaged in a brawl with the constable, who too slapped the leader. The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera. Two cases have been registered and both Jyoti Mishra and the constable have been booked in this regard.
