I reviewed the report and I was really impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the report. You stated to me that no house is perfect and that there will be a few maintenance items to be looked after and serviced, suggesting maintenance, the HVAC system and the fireplace, which helps me to know what I will need to look after. A great inspection of my new home for sure.
