Shock as rough sleeper dies yards from Parliament entrance

A homeless man has been found dead in Westminster tube station underpass following Tuesday night's freezing weather. Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, whose team are thought to have helped the man in the past, said on Twitter that the "powerful can't carry on walking by on the other side".
