Lamar will be banning smartphones from his upcoming tour in Europe and will also not allow professional photographers in as well, per the Guardian. Despite his Damn tour in Europe banning photographers, Lamar did allow them in during his North American tour. Lamar's latest work, Black Panther: The Album, was released on streaming services last week.
