Since November, the 46-year-old actor has been showing off his chiseled abs in weekly videos as he promotes nutrition brand, Performance Inspired.
While going shirtless, Mark flexed his muscles in his hotel room as he explained how he keeps in shape.
The Ted actor said: 'Welcome to my hotel room/kitchen/gym on location for our new movie Mile 22. Testing new PI cookies — they’ll be available early next year.'
