How to apply cyanogenmod themes on any AOSP ROM with no custom ROM root

/1\ warning xposed installer needs to be installed trough recovery as a zip file now and also the app please read the instruction on the webside on how to do it /!\
Also the themes you can find it on the play store just look for cm 10 or 11 themes for android 4.0 to 4.4 to 5.0:
