Potato Cheese Balls


Potato cheese balls
Delicious crispy, inside softy with filled full by yummy mozzarella cheese which had a mixture of colorfull & flavor full vegitables.
Ingredients :
Oil (1 kg)
Potato (3 pieces)
Capsicum (chopped)
Carrot (chopped)
Chinese salt (1 tsp)
Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Soy sauce (2-3 tbs)
Vinegar (1 tbs)
Chili sauce (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Mozzarella cheese (chrushed)
1 Egg
Breadcrumbs




Directions :
Take a bowl fill it with smashed potatoes then add, capsicum, carrots, chinese salt, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, mozzarella cheese, mix it well and refrigerate for 20 minutes than make round balls and add crushed mozzarella cheese. Now dip in egg and roll it on breadcrumbs set aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Now take a wok add 1 kg oil deep fry it on medium heat cook until it become more crispy.
Ready to served.
