Guild Wars 2 Desert Highlands Enchanted Bluffs 2 Vistas, Freezing Leap Diving Achievement

Starting at the Derelict Delve Waypoint in the Desert Highlands we will head south towards the Enchanted Bluffs to get both Vista there and the Diving Goggles for the "Freezing Leap" Diving Achievement. We will be using a lvl 3 Springer and lvl 3 Raptor.
