Bighorn Sheep Captured and Relocated in Colorado in Conservation Effort

Colorado Parks and Wildlife said its staff captured a portion of a wild bighorn sheep herd in Colorado Springs and relocated the animals to the San Isabel National Forest near Salida on February 5.The organization said the herd in Colorado Springs was collapsing from disease, prompting the relocation for conservation reasons.
