Ingredients:- 4 Eggs ¾ cup Sugar 1⅓ cup Refined Flour Strawberries
Method:- 1. In a bowl beat the egg and sugar together for 2-3 minutes.
2. Now add the refined flour and mix with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes.
3. Then add strawberries leaving a few aside for garnish. Mix gently.
4. Grease a cake tin with butter and pour the batter in it.
5. Preheat the oven at 200°C and bake the cake in it at 200°C for 5 minutes and then at 180°C for 35 minutes.
6. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes and then demould.
Strawberry Cake is ready!
