Dow Jones Drops 1,700 Points After January Rally
  • 6 years ago
After gaining over 1,000 points during January, the Dow Jones is back under the 25,000 mark.
January was an impressive month for the leading stock market on Wall Street, after growing by 1,000 points in only 12-calendar days, peaking just over 26,000 after breaking 25,000 on Jan. 4th.
But the Dow Jones Industrial Average is back under 25,000, as losses from the week before continued to hold trading in check.
Although the percentage loss seems marginal, the points loss is noticeable.
