There’s now a petition to get the Dundee movie into production.
That Super Bowl ad featuring Danny McBride and Chris Hemsworth had fans under the impression that it was an actual film… instead of some campaign to get tourism for Australia.
And viewers liked the trailer so much, there’s an actual petition to get one made.
The trailer for “Dundee: The Son of a Legend” looked like it would be a pretty good premise to bring the 80’s movie back to the silver screen.
And be honest… who wouldn’t want to see McBride and Hemsworth teaming up for a land down under flick.
The petition reads: On behalf of Crocodile Dundee lovers around the world, we petition Paul Hogan and actors to create a new installment of the movie. Australia wants it, the world wants it. Stop teasing us and make it happen.
