The Barbell Bench Press is a classic gym favorite, but you want to make sure you're doing it correctly.

You'll see a large variation in Bench Press form across different athletes with different goals (i.e. powerlifters, bodybuilders, etc.), but the technique that Molly Galbraith is breaking down in this video is all about maximizing your Bench Press numbers while staying as safe and healthy as possible (including through approximately the first half of your pregnancy!).
