Video 16, Hot Rod 1946 Dodge pickup, ladder bar suspension and frame

The ladder bar suspension is welded in and the frame sections are made from 5"x 2" x 1/8" tubing. The 1991 Dodge Dakota frame is 5 x 2 x .156 thick and will work well with rectangular tubing. The cross member for the ladder bars has a ground clearance of 4-1/2" when rotated down as shown, if rotate up the drive shaft would hit it.
