Super Blood Moon A blue moon, a super moon and a
lunar eclipse will all fall on Jan. 31. All three lunar events haven't fell on the same night in more than 150 years! The last time all three lunar events fell on the same night was on March 31, 1866. NASA The eclipse will also be visible throughout the Pacific Ocean and Australia. The first part of the "lunar trifecta" will begin around 5:51 a.m. Eastern time.
