Panera Bread Recalls Cream Cheese Over Listeria Concerns The chain is recalling the product after a cream cheese sample showed a positive result for Listeria. Listeria results in fever and diarrhea and can be especially dangerous for pregnant women. The products being recalled have an expiration date on or before March 2, 2018.
