Actress Nicole Eggert claimed this weekend that former 'Charles in Charge' co-star Scott Baio molested her as a teenager while the two worked on the show. Baio has since responded calling Eggert's claims "100% lies." Eggert has previously claimed she had sex with Baio when was 17, which the actor also denies. In a Facebook live video, Baio said that Eggert was his "best friend in the world, then all of a sudden I'm the bogeyman.
