How to Gloss a Surfboard Using Solarez UV Cure Resin

One of the advantage of using Solarez UV cure resin is: The B stage allows extra time for the brush strokes to lay out and also surfacing agent to rise. \r
Because the resin is just slightly catalyzed it will last about 5 hours at 65 degrees.\r
Materials Used:\r
Solarez UV Cure Gloss Resin.\r
3M green hi-tack works best (233+ masking tape)\r
Sandpaper: Norton Premium & Waterproof\r
dry sand deck with 600 grit\r
wet sand rails with 400 grit then 600 grit\r
3M 05954 Super Duty Rubbing Compound.\r
If you do not have Blu Shel, (not made anymore)\r
use: #5 Meguiars Glaze Polish
