A group of scientists have filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency.
According to court documents, the Union of Concerned Scientists has filed the suit, which argues the EPA has instituted an attempt to delegitimize science.
The suit is also being supported by Dr. Elizabeth Sheppard, a professor at the University of Washington School of Public Health and a member of the EPA Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee.
