U.S. Holding Russia Responsible For Chemical Weapons In Syria

On Saturday, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that the United States believed it was Russia’s responsibility to curb Syria’s use of chemical weapons. During his visit to Poland, the Secretary said “The chemical weapons ... are being used to hit the civilian population, the most vulnerable - children inside of Syria." Tillerson began acussations on Tuesday, when diplomats from 29 countries met in Paris to push sanctions against perpetrators of the chemical attacks in Syria.
