Had the trout fishing bug strike this past Saturday. So, in short order, made the run across the border to Oklahoma for some fly fishing for Rainbow Trout. Was warm and lots of folks out and about. Still a great time... caught two trout for dinner, let go a small trout, and missed several others as well as caught a little Bluegill.
Did notice changes to the Cold Hole and the narrowness of Spillway Creek as it flows into the Cold Hole. Also, did some exploring around the upper part of Spillway Creek up to the tail race. Did not fish the Red Zone but next round, when it is cooler, will make the effort to fish it!
