Interview of Lindsey Vonn after the Slalom of the Super Combine in Lenzerheide! She made a great 4th Place!

Interviewer: Lindsey made the 4th Place in the Super Combine today without a Slalom Training Day. How big was the challenge in the Slalom today?
Lindsey: Yeah it was for sure difficult to ski today. The marks were deep & at the top it is really steep and I didn’t get into a good rythm but then when it was flat I skied better. But I’m satisfied and the 4th Place is okay. I know now that when I make less mistakes that I can be on the podium at the Olympic Games.
Interviewer: How important was that mentally to get ready for the Olympic Games and to know that you’re at the top?
Lindsey: Yeah it’s good for my self confidence. Also for two things the one thing is that I had another Super G Run and the second thing ist hat I had a good Slalom Run. So now it looks better for me for the Super Combine.
