Bumrah pitched the ball at good length outside the off stump and Faf Du Plessis left it thinking it would go wide harmlessly. Ishant Sharma and Bhuvneshwar Kumar struck in the first session of Day 2 of the third Test but South Africa still are in control after patient knocks from Hasim Amla and Kagiso Rabada. At lunch on Day 2, South Africa were 81, trailing India by 106 runs.
