Contempt Of Court! Jenelle Evans’ Hubby Files Shock Docs Against His Other Baby Mama

Jenelle Evans’ husband filed a “motion of contempt” against the mother of his son in explosive court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.

David Eason was never shown with his young son Kaden on Teen Mom 2, but in a shocking legal move he told a judge that the child’s mother refused to let him see the boy.

Eason did not have custody of Kaden but in February 2017 he and Olivia Leedham agreed to a visitation arrangement. According to bombshell documents he filed in North Carolina, she had refused to let him see the child since then.

“Plaintiff has communicated to Defendant that she has unilaterally decided to cease any contact or communication between Defendant and the minor child,” court documents obtained by Radar stated.

Eason said that Leedham did not allow him to see the little boy during their agreed upon time.

“Plaintiff has refused to allow the weekend and holiday visitation specified in the court order.”

Leedham previously had a restraining order against Eason.

Eason claimed he was forbidden from seeing his son since the custody arrangement was agreed upon.

“Plaintiff does not support the importance of Defendant’s continuing presence in the minor child’s life and is not willing to create a positive environment for the minor child’s development by ensuring defendants continuing relationship with the minor child.”

Eason also claimed that Leedham “does not recognize the importance of allowing the minor child to freely love both parents and does not encourage the minor child to respect and love Defendant.”

Plaintiff has refused to be respectful of Defendant’s parenting role and Plaintiff has allowed her current boyfriend to be overly involved in the parenting of the minor child to the extent that Plaintiff encourages the minor child to call her boyfriend ‘dad’ or ‘daddy,’” the court docs said.

Evans and Eason shared daughter Ensley, who was born in January 2017. They also lived with Kaiser, Evans’ son with Nathan Griffith, and Maryssa, Eason’s daughter.

Griffith’s mother, Doris Davidson, claimed in a lawsuit exclusively obtained by Radar that Ensley, Evans and Eason all tested positive for marijuana when the baby was born and asked a judge to give her custody of Kaiser.

Davidson accused Evans and Eason of abusing the toddler and the other children in the house.

An investigation was launched by the Department of Health and Human Services but Evans retained custody of Ensley and Kaiser. Her mother, Barbara Evans, had full custody of her first son, Jace.

That case was put on hold while Davidson’s husband’s health deteriorated.

The judge was weighing Eason’s case and had not made a ruling yet. Stay with Radar for updates to the story.
