Arvind Kejriwal has sharply reacted to the attack on a school bus with students on board during the Padmaavat protests. He said that India is a land of Lord Ram and He doesn't approve such activities adding that such attackers should 'sink in shame'.“Yesterday some people pelted stones on school children in Gurugram. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. If our children are pelted with stones on Republic Day eve, a few kilometres away from nation’s capital, it is a matter of shame for the entire nation,” Arvind Kejriwal said.

पद्मावत फिल्म पर विवाद से बचने के लिए ज्यादातर मुख्यमंत्री तो बोलने से बच रहे हैं लेकिन दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने करणी सेना पर जमकर हमला बोला.. गुरुग्राम में मासूम बच्चों की स्कूल बस पर पत्थर बरसाने वाले घटना से केजरीवाल काफी दुखी थे... केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जो सजा भगवान राम ने रावण को दी थी, वही सजा इन गुंडों को मिलनी चाहिए. उन्होंने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि क्या भगवान राम ने कभी कहा था कि मासूम बच्चों पर पत्थर चलना चाहिए? बुद्ध, नानक, किसी ने नहीं कहा, फिर कल जिन्होंने पत्थर बरसाए. वो कौन थे, किस धर्म के थे. केजरीवाल ने कहा कि मैं भी हिंदू हूं, राम की पूजा करता हूं. जो सजा राम ने रावण को दी थी, वही सजा इन गुंडों को मिलनी चाहिए.
